I am Tim Relf, I have been in the furniture making business for over 40 years. I enjoyed woodwork at school, after leaving I was able to get a job in a factory making reproduction furniture in mahogany and yew. After that I moved to making pine furniture, upon being made redundant Hoadswood Furniture was set up and for the last 17 years been working for myself in the Britannia Enterprise Centre, currently in Unit 37.

I make all types of free standing and fitted furniture from kitchen cupboards and worktops, TV units, bookcases, dining tables and sideboards. Beds, wardrobes (made in sections so can be moved and easier for delivery and installation), bedsides, chests of drawers and blankets boxes plus vanity units for bathrooms in Pine, Oak, Birch ply with waxed, varnished or painted finishes. All items are bespoke and made to the customers specification.

In addition to my workshop in the Britannia Enterprise Centre I have a display unit within The Yard in Courthouse Street which has various ready-made items which are for sale.
